After 20 years in the industry you’d think she would be bored, but Amanda is far from it! With a passion for high level customer service, project management and all things fabricated and neon! In her off time you will often find her still working! She has a love of photography, her 2 German Shepherd’s and Cadbury chocolate! She is currently on maternity leave busy loving her little boy! She will be back in 2020 ready and rearing to go. Watch this space…

The Advance Visual mascot who frequently wonders in from his wardrobe. It is proven that dogs in the workplace provide social support for employees, boost morale, satisfaction and overal increase productivity. As this may be true, all Aslan really wants to do is lie in his AV bed all day.

Jordon is a certified graphic designer and pre-print specialist. Since joining the company in 2016, he has been knocking each job out of the park. Jordan is really into drawing, designing his own art and tattoos. On the weekends he plays footy and enjoys a pint (or 5) at the pub with the boys.

Krishna is a highly experienced, skilled print operator and technician. He can be seen on the workshop floor quality controlling projects as they come through ensuring your jobs are of a high standard. Originally from Nepal, Krishna has been living in Perth with his family for 12 years now and enjoys some quality time down by the beach.

If you thought your indoor plant collection was vast, meet Kayley, whom is often tending to her ever expanding indoor garden. Kayley has been a graphic designer with AV for over 4 years. When she’s not at work she can be found next to a wine and cheese board or exploring what new and exciting things Perth has to offer.

Founder of Advance Visual, establishing the business in 2000. Demonstrating much enthusiasm for the industry, Martin lives by the company motto, ‘creative, energetic & fun.’ Starting out as a traditional signwriter, Martin has seen the industry change dramatically over the past 30 years and is constantly improving and innovating the way in which AV does business.

Megan has been with Advance Visual for over 5 years fulfilling out her admin duties. She is always eager to assist or point you in the right direction and does so with a smile on her face. A lover of dogs, in particular her own fur-baby, Milo. Not to name favourites but the one work colleague she adores most is none other than Aslan. Megan’s ideal day would include going for brunch, a walk in nature & listening to a good podcast.

Mel has recently arrived from New Zealand and is the newest Account Manager in the Advance Visual team. She has 5 years experience in the industry and loves working with people to help their ideas come to life. Mel’s spare time will be spent exploring Perth so if you see her around then let her know your favourite spots to visit and things to do!

A qualified sign craftsmen with over 20 years experience in design, production, project management and onsite installation. Reno helps our clients achieve their brand vision and is passionate about the creative process. Displaying a healthy obsession with traditional sign painting, coffee consumption, music, tattoo collecting, rehashing old jokes and quoting famous movie lines, Reno is a valuable member of the AV team.

Ryan thrives in a challenging environment and likes everything to be organised and have its own place. Good thing he is our production manager. Originally from New Zealand, Ryan has been soaking up the Perth way of life for 11 years now. When not at work Ryan is a State Champion Muay Thai Fighter & Trainer.

Shane likes film, art, music, and playing chess. He has over 12 years of experience as a graphic designer, has a passion for photography and enjoys the odd box of shapes (BBQ flavour). Shane is a family man and when not working hard here at AV is often seen at playgrounds chasing after his two little ones.
